Phillip Howard talked about his book The Lost Art of Drawing the Line: How Fairness Went Too Far, published by Random House. The book suggests that Americans are no longer free to do what they want to or act on what they think is right because of fear of a lawsuit. Mr. Howard opines that in the name of fairness and individual rights, many have lost their rights. Mr. Howard suggests overhauling certain laws and institutions to return freedom to Americans. After his remarks, he answered questions submitted by the audience. close
