Mr. Reynolds filed a report from the Committee on Rules on H. Res. 153.

CONSIDERATION OF MEASURE - Mr. Reynolds called up H. Res. 153 and the Speaker pro tempore put the question on consideration of the measure. By voice vote, the Speaker pro tempore announced that the ayes had prevailed.
