Author Sumner Redstone talked with radio host David Brancaccio about his book A Passion to Win published by Simon and Schuster. Mr. Redstone focused on his many business accomplishments, as well as his perseverance and lifetime drive for success. He also addressed Viacom’s lawsuits against Time Warner and then TCI Communications, other business battles in which Viacom obtained Paramount Pictures, and troubles with Blockbuster. He further mentioned the partnership in completing the book with Peter Knobler, as well as the decision to use one of his companies, Simon and Schuster, to publish his book. Following his remarks, he answered questions from the audience. close
