Participants talked about President Bush’s upcoming trip to Russia in which he and President Putin will sign a monumental nuclear arms reduction treaty to lower the number of nuclear warheads to approximately 2,000 in each country. They also addressed the Russian economy, mutual security arrangements with NATO, and the decision to enter the agreements. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience. close
