Tribute to Senator Jeffords

This week marks the one-year anniversary of Democratic control of the U.S. Senate following Senator Jeffords decision to leave the Republican Party and become an Independent. Senate Democrats honored Senator Jeffords in a rally outside the U.S. Capitol.
