Mr. Smiley moderated a discussion of the state of entrepreneurship in the African-American community. Participants focused on building networking skills and finding business opportunities. Among the other topics they addressed were the impact of integration and Affirmative Action programs, various means of economic empowerment, and minority power in the marketplace. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience. close
