The Coalition for a Fair Judiciary held a rally in support of President Bush’s judicial nominees. The rally focused on the status of judicial nominees awaiting hearings before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Speakers included; Syndicated Columnist Laura Ingraham, Edwin Meese, Former Attorney General during the Reagan Administration and Chairman of the American Conservative Union David Keene.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer delivered an address at the Brandeis University Board of Fellows Commencement breakfast. Justice Breyer offered cause for optimism in today’s world. He was at Brandeis to receive an honorary Doctor of Laws degree. He was introduced by Brandeis University Board of Trustee Member, Carol Saivetz. Brandeis University is located in Waltham, Massachusetts. close
