Mr. Cohen talks about his latest book, Supreme Command: Soldiers, Statesmen, and Leadership in Wartime, published by The Free Press. In it, Mr. Cohen, a member of the Defense Policy Board, consisting of advisors to the Secretary of Defense, picks who he asserts to be the four greatest civilian wartime leaders; Abraham Lincoln, Georges Clemenceau, Winston Churchill, and David Ben-Gurion.
