The Woodrow Wilson Center hosted a discussion titled “Budgeting During Wartime.” Participants talked about budget priorities during wartime. Donald Wolfensberger, the Congress Project Director of the Woodrow Wilson Center, moderated the discussion which focused on the relationship between the executive and legislative branches, homeland security issues, the status of current appropriations bills, and deficit spending. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience. close
