Mr. Feiler talked about his book, Abraham: A Journey to the Heart of Three Faiths, published by William Morrow and Company. The book is about Abraham as the the central religious figure in whom Judaism, Christianity, and Islam find their origins. Mr. Feiler argues that in order for those three religions to better understand each other’s differing viewpoints, they need to better understand Abraham. In writing the book, the author explored the modern Middle East in order to better understand the region that Abraham lived in, hundreds of years ago.

Feiler also wrote Walking the Bible: A Journey by Land Through the Five Books of Moses, published by Perennial. close
