Among the topics they addressed were defining combatants, laws governing the detention of suspected terrorists, judicial review of government policies on treatment of suspects in terrorist cases, and potential abuses of civil rights as a result of new policies and judicial decisions. Following their discussion they answered questions from the audience. close
