United Nations Association of the USA Senior Vice President, David Scheffer and Visiting Fellow at the Nixon Center, David Rivkin, talked about possible legal prosecution of Saddam Hussein and members of his inner circle on war crimes, should they be caught. Mr. Scheffer is in favor of bringing them up on war crimes and Mr. Rivkin favors helping the Iraqi people set up a judicial system and then letting them be tried by their fellow Iraqis. close
