Finally, from March 3, 2003, Justice Stephen Breyer visited with elementary school students in the Supreme Court Library. Justice Breyer read Oh The Places You’ll Go by Dr. Seuss to 4th-graders from Washington D.C.'s Watkins Elementary School as part of the National Education Association’s “Read Across America” program. Justice Breyer regularly participated in this reading program; this is the first year he has read Dr. Seuss.
