Alexander Tabarrock, Associate Professor of Economics at George Mason University, was part of an ad-hoc group that was lobbying Congress to change a federal law which prohibits financial incentives for human organ donations. A House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee held a hearing on organ donations the prior day in which this proposal was discussed. He also responded to viewer comments and questions. close
