National Security Adviser, Condoleezza Rice briefed reporters on President Bush’s speech to the United Nations General Assembly scheduled for the next day. She said that he would call on the international community to assist in reconstruction efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as address weapons proliferation.
