The day before the Wisconsin Democratic presidential primary supporters of Senator John Kerry held a rally in Madison, Wisconsin. His wife spoke focusing on educational programs, the senator’s character, his service in Vietnam, and that although he choose to serve he does not judge others who did differently. The crowd applauded Teresa Kerry’s comment that she’s only been married to Senator Kerry for eight years and what happened before that is none of her business. Senator Kennedy spoke in praise of Mrs. Kerry, campaigning, and about the economy. After their speeches they mingled with the crowd. close
