Ted Nace talked about his book Gangs of America from Berrett-Koehler Publishers. He focused on several major events relating to the history of corporate power in the United States, including the Boston Tea Party (which Mr. Nace argues was a revolt against the British East India Company), the 1919 Dodge v. Ford Motor Company case (which set the legal standard for corporate responsibility), the foiled plot to assassinate President Franklin Roosevelt, President Nixon’s environmental policies, and the recent Enron scandals. Following his remarks he answered questions from members of the church. close
