Professor Kengor talked about his book God and Ronald Reagan: A Spiritual Life, published by ReganBooks The book explored the role that faith played in Ronald Reagan’s presidency. He wrote that faith was the most consistent element of President Reagan’s life beginning as a youngster in Dixon, Illinois. Mr. Kengor said that President Reagan’s faith strengthened deeply during his experience dealing with the Cold War. The book also took a look at the role faith played in his personal life during his presidency, his political speeches, and his life after leaving office. Following his remarks he answered questions from the audience. close
