Democratic presidential candidate Senator Kerry participated in an Independence Day weekend bus tour through Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. Introduced by Governor Doyle and Rep. Obey, Kerry’s July 2 rally in Bloomer, Wisconsin took place at a family farm. Bloomer is in northwest Wisconsin about 20 miles north of Eau Claire. Fireworks followed the rally. close
