A panel discussion was held with authors who are critical of President Bush’s domestic and foreign policy was held by the New Democracy Project at the Skirball Center for the Performing Arts. After their presentations the authors responded to questions submitted by members of the audience.

Mark Green is the editor of the New Democracy Project’s book What We Stand For: A Platform for Progressive Patriotism, published by Newmarket Press. Paul Krugman is the author of The Great Unraveling: Losing Our Way in the New Century, published by W. W.
