Joining Professor Etzioni for the discussion is former U.S. assistant attorney general Dinh who is currently a law professor at Georgetown University), and electronic privacy expert Mr. Rotenberg. They discussed the example of the Afghan detainees at Guantanamo Naval Base in Cuba who were held without due process. They also talked about the findings of the September 11 Commission.
