Panelists talked about the impact of new technology on the publishing industry and authors in general. After their discussion they responded to questions from members of the audience.

Ken Goffman is the founder of the magazine Mondo 2000 and the author of The Revolution: Quotations from Revolution Party Chairman R. U. Sirius and Design for Dying (co-written with Timothy Leary). Michael Kanellos is editor-at-large at CNET News.com, a technology news website. Glenna Matthews currently teaches U.S. women’s history at University of California, Berkeley.
