As part of a project sponsored by C-SPAN Television Networks and Time Warner Cable to encourage dialog between students and national figures, Secretary Riordan spoke to 10th and 11th grade world and American history classes. He talked about his experiences in education, the state of public education, his career in public service, and the importance of civic involvement. Following his remarks he answered questions from the students. close
