The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments on the appeal of the case Bigger v. Pocatello, a suit concerning a police shooting in Pocatello, ID. Footage of the court case included arguments and rebuttals from attorneys on both sides of the case. The suit was heard on the first day television cameras were allowed into the Federal Court of Appeals, and the footage was a live feed from KBCI-TV from Boise, ID. A three year experiment allowing television cameras into the Federal Court of Appeals is scheduled to begin on July 1, 1991. close
