Mr. Brown spoke to reporters about the United Nations response to an official report on an investigation into the United Nations Oil-for-Food Program. The report implicated former head of the program Benon Sevan in fraudulent money diversion and kickbacks associated with the program and recommended that his diplomatic immunity be waived to pursue criminal investigations. Following his remarks he responded to questions from reporters. close
