The National Constitution Center and the National Women’s History Project celebrated the 85th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment, guaranteeing women the right to vote, with a two-day event titled “Women Win the Vote: 85 Years and Beyond.”

Leaders from various women’s organizations participated in the keynote session titled “Democracy and Women’s Equal Rights - Mutually Exclusive.” Following their remark they responded to questions submitted by members of the audience. The program closed with a video tribute for women’s history.
