A panel discussion titled “The Mission and Romance of Journalism” was held on print journalism as a profession. Following their discussion, the panelists responded to questions and comments from members of the audience.
Evan Osnos, son of Peter Osnos, is a foreign correspondent for the Chicago Tribune who has reported from Beijing and Baghdad. Ms. Ogunnaike is a graduate of the journalism program. The panel was held in Hemmerdinger Hall in the Silver Building as part of the New York University Department of Journalism’s first homecoming celebration. close
