Mr. Frenzel spoke about a tax reform panel and the plan it will pass onto President Bush. Included in the plan were: A flat tax of 15 percent on capital gains, interest and dividends; a reduction of the number of income tax brackets from six to three; and the allowance for a limited mortgage interest deduction. Mr. Frenzel also responded to questions and comments from viewers.
