Participating by telephone, Mr. Henderson spoke about the U.S. Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito and cases he was involved in regarding religious freedom. The guest reporter discussed cases involving a holiday display in New Jersey and the firing of two Muslim police officers. Mr. Henderson also spoke about First Amendment rights for prisoners.
