Nate Blakeslee was interviewed outside about his book Tulia: Race, Cocaine, and Corruption in a Small Texas Town, published by PublicAffairs. He discussed the drug bust in Tulia, Texas that led to one of the biggest scandals in the history of the drug war. Mr. Blakeslee said that all but one of those convicted were exonerated and it led to a major reorganization of narcotics enforcement in Texas. close
