At a daylong conference on nuclear non-proliferation, panelists spoke about Iran’s nuclear research and weapons programs. Among the issues they addressed were international efforts to monitor Iranian nuclear development, the threat posed by nuclear weapon proliferation in the region, the state of relations between Iran and the international community, and the future on non-proliferation agreements. Following their discussion, the panelists responded to questions and comments, which were asked in pairs from each of two microphones, from members of the audience. Mr. Perkovich moderated the panel.
