As part of a C-SPAN and Cox Communications project to encourage dialog between students and national leaders, Donna Frye spoke to high school students outside on the football field about her career in government. A business owner and community activist, she has served on the San Diego City Council since 2001. She responded to questions and comments from the students. Following her presentation, Ms. Frye received a pen from Principal Kemper. close
