Clay Bennett, editorial cartoonist for the Christian Science Monitor talked about sunshine laws and his profession. Mr. Bennett was one of many editorial cartoonists who drew cartoons this week to highlight the second national sunshine week (March 12-18) and the importance of opening government more to the public through sunshine laws. He was also the current president of the Association of American Editorial Cartoonists. He responded to telephone calls and electronic mail. close
