Mr. Kohn talked about the impact of this week’s Supreme Court ruling involving federal employees and their whistleblower protections. On Tuesday in a 5-4 decision, the Court ruled that the Constitution does not protect public employees against retaliation by their supervisors and be may disciplined for exposing misconduct, taxpayer fraud or public safety violations if their whistleblowing is done in the course of performing their assigned duties.
