President Bush spoke to reporters in the Rose Garden about military operations in Iraq, meetings he had with new Iraqi government officials while on a surprise visit to Baghdad, and future U.S. strategy in the country. Following his remarks he answered questions about a number of issues including continuing security threats in the country, the death of al-Qaida leader Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi, and the future mission of U.S. forces stationed in the region. close
