The Pew Global Attitudes Project released a report titled “The Great Divide: How Westerners and Muslims View Each Other.” Following the presentation of findings Secretary Albright and Ambassador Danforth talked about challenges in generating mutual understanding between Muslim and Western communities, the role of religious leadership in fostering mutual respect, and U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East and Asia.
