Paul Handley talked about the recent military coup in Thailand. The Thai army’s commander staged the coup the previous night and ousted the prime minister. Mr. Handley spent 13 years as a reporter in Thailand and is the author of the book The King Never Smiles: A Biography of Thailand’s Bhumibol Adulyadej, published by Yale University Press.
