A debate on gun control was held between Second Amendment expert David Kopel and gun control advocate Arnie Grossman. The debate was moderated by Cynthia Hessin. Topics included statistics on gunshot deaths, the Second Amendment reference to a well regulated militia, firearms licensing and laws, distrust of government, and the Patriot Act. They also responded to audience members' questions.
Arnold Grossman is the author of One Nation Under Guns: An Essay on an American Epidemic, published by Fulcrum. David Kopel is co-editor of Gun Control and Gun Rights: A Reader and Guide, published by New York University Press.
