Panelists talked about the state of the conservative movement at a symposium on the U.S. Constitution. Among the topics they addressed were the goals and record of the conservative reform movement of the 1990s, the size of government, domestic and tax issues, social policy and legislation, U.S. foreign policy in the post Cold War era, and the effects of the presidency of George W. Bush on conservatism. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience. close
