The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights assembled a panel to talk about allegations of voter fraud and intimidation in state and federal elections in recent years. Claims of fraud have included non-citizen voting, and voters casting more than one ballot or impersonating other voters. Claims of intimidation have included officials challenging voters in minority areas with requests for identification and providing incorrect information on voter eligibility. Panelists spoke about election procedures and potential solutions to perceived problems. They also answered questions from members of the commission. close
