The Center for Strategic and International Studies, the Norwegian Institute for Defense Studies, and Holland’s Clingendael Centre for Strategic Studies released a report corresponding with the summit, “Transforming NATO: A Primer for the NATO Summit in Riga 2006.” Panelists discussed the report. close
