Assistant Secretary Baker opened the National Security Law Conference with remarks on U.S. security interests and law enforcement programs to strengthen national security. Following opening remarks panelists talked about civil litigation, civil rights issues, national security and immigration policy, and federal efforts to combat terrorism. Mr. Moore moderated the discussion and questions from the audience. close
