In opening remarks, Mr. Reich spoke about the state of the housing market and the purpose of the conference. Following the opening a panel talked about housing finance issues affecting lending and financial institutions, and industry regulation, and potential impact of recent housing sales trends on banks and thrifts. They also answered questions from the audience. close
