Bush to be the commencement speaker on May 11. Two students spoke in favor of the invitation and two students spoke in opposition to it. Then the microphones were opened for supporting and opposing comments from students in the audience.

The administration and the student government of St. Vincent College held a town hall-style meeting to debate the invitation to President George W. Bush to be the commencement speaker on May 11.
