Kevin O’Connor talked about corporate governance. Mr. O’Connor, who as the U.S. attorney for Connecticut has prosecuted numerous cases involving corporate fraud, was previously a staff attorney and senior counsel in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
