Former Mayor Rudy Giuliani outlined his plans to battle terrorism and tackle economic and social issues if elected president. He said that although he believes abortion to be morally wrong that he respects a woman’s right to choose to have the procedure. He urged the students at Houston Baptist University to keep an open mind when it comes to controversial issues and to try to seek common ground.
