Dennis Ross talked about his book Statecraft: And How to Restore America’s Standing in the World, published by Farrar, Straus and Giroux. Mr. Ross argued that the Bush administration has failed to use the proper mixture of diplomatic, economic, and military means in pursuing its foreign policy goals and advised the United States to change course. After his presentation he responded to audience members' questions.
