A panel of Supreme Court experts talked about the Boumediene v. Bush case scheduled for oral argument before the U.S. Supreme Court on December 5, 2007, to decide if the Military Commissions Act of 2006 unconstitutionally stripped the federal courts of jurisdiction to hear cases brought by Guantanamo Bay detainees.

“Executive Power and the War on Terror” was a session of the College of William and Mary School of Law 20th Annual Supreme Court Preview, which was held in the McGlothlin Court Room. close
