Telephone lines were opened for comments on two topics from first-time callers only. The first question was “Are you ready for an ‘enduring relationship’ with Iraq?” A video clip was shown of President Bush using that phrase in his address the previous night. The second question was, “Was MoveOn.org’s Petraeus ad fair?”

Robert Browning participated by remote connection from the C-SPAN Archives in West Lafayette, Indiana. The Archives is celebrating its 20th anniversary this week.

A video was shown Kate Mills being interviewed as two channels of C-SPAN on HD radio were launched earlier that morning. close
