Two panels of experts discussed housing recovery and sustainable community development in post-Katrina New Orleans. Mr. Paulsen served as moderator. Topics included mortgages, housing regulations, investments, serving the most needy, emergency management, and legislative needs. After their presentations the panelists responded to audience members' questions.

Senator Mary Landrieu hosted a “Hope and Recovery Summit” to mark the second anniversary of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita and the flooding that followed. The event was held at the University of New Orleans Lindy C. Boggs International Conference Center Auditorium. close
